Overall, the idea is good, and it's great that the guys preserved the building. But it's not well-maintained and

Liked:1. The place is truly unique, you can immerse yourself in the last century. 2. Lots of space, it's essentially an apartment with a bedroom and a living room. 3. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, very convenient when traveling with children. 4. Price. This was the cheapest offer for our dates. 5. We were checked in two hours early, for which we are very grateful to the hotel staff. 6. The staff is very polite, we received a bottle of wine as a compliment from the hotel. 7. The building is ancient, there are lots of interesting little things, doors, etc. In my opinion, this is a great place for a quest room.

Disliked:1. There was very dirty. Guys, hire a normal cleaner and let him show you how to clean! If there is dust as thick as a finger on an antique radiator, it creates the feeling of old furniture, not an antique. There was a lot of dust on the windowsill and other places. There were also dried stains on the upholstered furniture. There were streaks on the mirrors. The bathtub had stains from detergent that hadn't been flushed properly. The area under the toilet was also dirty. All of this made the room look very untidy and didn't create the feeling described in the hotel description. 2. The metro ran right next to our windows, making it really noisy. 3. The floors creaked a lot. 4. There were broken items that needed to be either fixed or thrown out: chipped dishes, missing handles on the dresser, and a burnt-through tablecloth. 5. The room description didn't match.
