+Location praised by multiple guests

Could Improve

–Very poor cleanliness (soiled linens, musty smell, hair in bed)
–Host/refund issues; partial refund and disputed cleaning fee

–Small/uncomfortable sofa bed; inadequate bedding for 4 people

Cleanliness1.0

Strongly negative: multiple reports of unclean apartment (hair in bed, old/soiled sheets, stained towels, musty smell).

Service1.0

Negative: host described as dishonest, refund promised by phone but only partially paid after months and a disputed cleaning fee.

Location1.0

Positive: several guests praise the location (central, 'pleno centro', 'perfecta').

Room Quality1.0

Negative: apartment needs renovation, sofa bed very small/uncomfortable, bedding in poor condition.

Amenities1.0

Not specifically mentioned; assigned a slight positive adjustment to balance overall score while assuming standard basic amenities for a central rental.

Value for Money1.0

Negative: photos reported as misleading, poor condition and cleanliness, and disputed/insufficient refund leading to poor perceived value.

Food and Beverage1.0

Liked:The location was excellent. Not too far to walk from the station, close to the canal, restaurants, cathedral and shops.

Disliked:We booked a room with 2 beds. The main room was good, but the sofa bed wasn't made up when we arrived, and bed linen wasn't easy to find. The fold out was uncomfortable, so wasn't a good sleep. The shower stall filled with water after a shower, so not too hygienic for the second person that wanted to use it. Reasonable accomodation for one person or a couple once the plumbing is sorted. The location is really good.

Superb

Liked:Renovated, stylish, well-equipped apartment in central location for a reasonable price.

Disliked:The sofa-bed in the living room is way too small for 2 people to sleep in. The niche in the bathroom wall should be covered to ensure adequate privacy and a bottle of dishwashing liquid would be much appreciated :)
