Never again! This is not a 4 star hotel!

Liked:I liked only location and Tesla supercharger.

Disliked:We got an awfully uncomfortable room for disabled people! The bed was tiny and uncomfortable! Shower was bad and water was everywhere! Everything is very old, dirty, uncomfortable! It is not 4 stars! All Novotel hotels in France are very poor old awful! Too overpriced! Breakfasts are very poor, not tasty, not fresh! Croissants are not fresh! No lactose free or vegetarian coffee! Not a big choice of hot meals, no choice of cheese, no normal vegetables or fruits. I’m very disappointed and will never get a Novotel hotel ever!

Excellent Stopover, but EV Charging is a Letdown

Liked:Nice loWe recently stayed here in a quadruple room, and it was a very pleasant experience. If you are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, this is a solid choice. The Room The room was equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for the kids. While the space wasn't overly large, it was perfectly functional and clean. We especially appreciated that the sofa bed was already neatly made up upon our arrival, and the complimentary bottled water in the fridge was perfectly chilled—a thoughtful touch after a long drive. Dining & Breakfast Dinner: We opted to eat at the hotel restaurant, and the meal was great. It’s a very convenient and tasty option if you don't feel like heading out again. Breakfast: The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet. It was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. It really set us up for the day ahead. Location The hotel’s location is optimal. It is incredibly easy to reach from the highway, making it the perfect pit stop for travelers.unge and restaurant.

Disliked:A heads-up for EV drivers: the on-site Tesla chargers are restricted to Tesla cars only. If you drive any other electric brand, you won’t be able to charge here during your stay. A missed opportunity.
