Deeply Dissapointing

Liked:I arrived at Pizzofalcone43 and immediately felt uncomfortable. Instead of a professional welcome or concierge-style check-in, I was met outside by a man named Antonio who appeared to be waiting near the entrance smoking a cigarette. The arrival experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. There was no "reception". Once inside, the property did not match the impression created by the listing. The kitchen area was messy, the apartment did not feel clean, and there was an unpleasant smell. The Wi-Fi was not working, the air conditioning was not working, and the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I explained that I could not stay there under those conditions and specifically asked that my booking not be cancelled in a way that would penalize me. However, my booking was cancelled and I have not received a refund. Communication was also very difficult, as no one appeared to speak English well enough to resolve the situation clearly. In my opinion, there are much better places to stay in Naples, in better locations and with more professional service. I would not recommend this property.
