RUDE STAFF

Liked:Had a reservation for the roof top bar Caruso, walked in to a rude gentleman just saying FULL Needless to say we left, personally don’t care about loosing the deposit I WILL NOT be spoken down to and upon returning would never book this hotel due to this experience No need for rudeness

A grande dame of a hotel with beautiful views and a wonderful and warm team of staff.

Liked:Beautifully located on the water. The port is an easy walk, as is the rest of the city. Smart, old-school luxury, with attentive and warm hospitality. Topped off with a breakfast of dreams (nothing is too much trouble and the breakfast team are adorable) and incredible views.

Disliked:If the price of the drinks in the roof bar were a little cheaper, we’d have had a drink there every day. 25€ for a cocktail and 36€ for a club sandwich is a little steep. But that won’t stop us coming back.

A historic and beautiful hotel facing the bay of Naples and the Vesuvio volcano

Liked:This great hotel, overlooking the Bay of Naples and the Vesuvius Volcano, in the beatiful Santa Lucia neighborhood, is a wonderful base for exploring and enjoying the beautiful Napoli! It's a short walking distance to the historic city center, offering unique views of the bay and adjoining areas. The staff is very attentive, and in particular, Rita and the rest of the excellent team at the Concierge station, go out of their way to help plan the visit, prior to and during the stay at the hotel, from restaurant and transportation to San Carlo Opera House tickets, as well as to arranging visits to Pompeii and the coastal towns, The decor of the hotel, the room and its views of the sea, the breakfast and the restaurants, are all wonderful and unmatched. A great place to stay!! We will be back! Date of stay: July 5-9, 2026
