Liked:Good central location.

Disliked:Late check in - link wasn’t send so we were waiting outside late at night waiting for a WhatsApp reply to give us the instructions on how to get in. Really unorganised.

Unpretentious comfort, suitable for a city break

Liked:Friendly staff, convenient location near the main railway station, good wifi, air conditioning, breakfast (coffee&croissant) at a nearby coffee shop.

Disliked:The room door locking system does not work properly, the bathroom needs some attention (slow sink drain, toilet tank leaks water)

Liked:Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. I arrived after 9 PM for check-in and was not informed that the doors would be closed. I had to wait outside for quite a while before receiving a response. When I was finally given a room number and access code, I opened the door and found another guest already inside. After contacting the staff again, I was assigned a different room, but that door was already open when I arrived. For me, security is very important, and these incidents left me with concerns about how guest access is managed. Perhaps I was simply unlucky, but it was not a good first impression. That said, if you only need a place to sleep for one night, it may be sufficient.

Liked:I am a wheelchair user, and I must formally raise a serious complaint regarding my stay. The property was not accessible, despite being advertised as suitable for guests. The entrance was not wheelchair accessible, and the ramp was blocked by the owner, effectively preventing safe entry and exit. This is a clear failure to ensure basic accessibility standards. After check-in, there was no staff present at the accommodation for two consecutive days. During this time, I and several other guests were locked out of the property. I was given a key to a large metal gate for vehicle access, but due to my physical condition, I was unable to operate it safely. When I contacted the owner to request assistance, I was told to “solve it myself” and that the situation was not their responsibility. No support or reasonable accommodation was offered. This behavior is unacceptable, discriminatory, and shows a complete disregard for the needs of a disabled guest. Due to these unsafe and inaccessible conditions, and the total lack of assistance, I had no choice but to terminate my stay early. I was forced to purchase a new flight ticket and return home at my own expense. I consider this a serious breach of duty of care and a violation of accessibility and consumer protection principles. I request: a full refund of my stay, reimbursement of my additional travel costs, and a formal investigation into this property. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the complaint to the relevant consumer protection and disability rights authorities.
