Overall, the hotel offers lovely accommodations and warm hospitality, but improving English communication would greatly

Liked:The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Our room in particular had a stunning view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. The staff were genuinely kind and friendly, always trying to be helpful.

Disliked:However, despite their kindness, a significant obstacle was the language barrier. The staff did not speak English, which made communication quite difficult. We had to rely on Google Translate for most interactions, which often slowed things down and made even simple requests more complicated than necessary.

Cozy hub in a great city!

Liked:A lovely place to rest after exploring Naples! Dimora diamante is clean, quiet, well maintained, comfy beds, hot shower, nice size rooms and a good breakfast! The self check in routine was easy to understand and quick to follow. The lady's who work there are very helpful and always on hand to answer any queries you have. The location is great with the hotel being next to a train station and plenty of bus links. The bay is a short walk down the road and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Coffee is always available 24/7 and overall a very pleasant stay 😊

Clean room, but poor wifi and questionable claims

Liked:The room was clean.

Disliked:The wifi does not work properly as it is too slow to use for much, and the staff sent two incorrect passwords before I got the right one finally. Additionally, the features of the property list ‘private parking’, but this is false. They admitted they don’t have any parking at all when we arrived and directed me to some small print in their description where they just recommend an expensive parking garage nearby - this is not private parking at the property. A train pulls up at the station behind the room every five minutes that makes a noise like dying horses and this starts from 6am.
