Good location, old hotel

Liked:Convenient location to continue our trip Pleasant employees in breakfast room

Disliked:We had to change rooms. The first room had no working aircon. The second room needed to keep pumping the toilet handle to flush. Not acceptable. Manager told us that it is expected from an old building. Not acceptable. We had to remain in this room as apparently no other room of this level was available. they offer to DOWNGRADE us, but not to return any moneys.

Great value for money in central location

Liked:Had a room on the top floor so it was quieter and had a terrace. Very clean and comfy bed. Nice roof terrace with an amazing view of Mt Versuvius. Next to the central station and transport links. Luggage storage available.

Disliked:Not the best area at night but an easy walk to nicer places for meals

Clean and conveniently located near the train station, but the rooms are small and the air conditioning was too weak for

Liked:The location is great—just a 4-minute walk from the central train station, with plenty of diverse dining options and restaurants nearby. The rooms were kept clean.

Disliked:The rooms are quite small and lack basic amenities like a mini-fridge and a safe. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which was extremely weak; we definitely felt the late August heat inside the room.
