Liked:Customer service very good. I appreciate that I was able to do an early check in, so my baby was able to take her nap. They also provided a crib in the room.

Disliked:Nothing to complain. Everything was good.

Liked:Great location: walking distance to grocery, coffee shops, and various restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Disliked:Room should not be advertised as sleeps 4 when the sofabed only sleeps 1, not 2. Mattress was terribly narrow and thin.

Liked:Location was excellent. The hotel had everything you would look for.

Disliked:I didn't like parking so far from the hotel. This is not there fault however walking across a street with your luggage was a minor inconvenience. Also I didn't like the fold out couch as the second bed option. This was extremely uncomfortable and hard on my back already compromised with degenerative disc's.
