Great location!

Liked:Location was great, our room was fantastic with fabulous views of the mountains. The breakfast was good with a good variety of food options.

Disliked:We had issues with the cost of our room, which didn’t match the price booked through Booking.com. We also booked a car for return airport transfers through the hotel and the car for the trip to the airport on our departure didn’t turn up. On both occasions the driver expected us to make payment, not aware that we had actually paid through the hotel.

Clean, spacious rooms and excellent customer service—highly recommend!

Liked:I stayed here last year for a short vacation and returned again because I loved it so much. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and spotless—which is important to me since I’m quite particular about hotels. This place always makes me feel at ease. The breakfast is tasty, the customer service is excellent, and the location is perfect. It’s in a peaceful area with a mall right next door for easy shopping or a nice stroll. The views of the city are also beautiful and make the stay even more special.

Disliked:Honestly, I don’t have a single complaint. I loved everything about my stay and would definitely come back again!
