Realising you pay a premium for world cup,300 usd was really a scam. Dirty pool, no service, nobody speaks english

Liked:Pool was dirty, waiters kicked a can of beer in but did not bother getting it out. No service at reception. Overpriced by 300%. Understanding its world cup but this worth 70 usd not 320 usd.
