The staff were excellent, breakfast was was very good but the facilities and comfort were disappoint

Liked:Breakfast was very good, staff were excellent.

Disliked:I did not like sleeping in a sofa bed, especially for that price, and I was very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for the year, especially as we were still in Summer and it was very hot.

Liked:Previously visited and parking was available but cost 10 e a daily...there used to be a bus from the corner which took us directly to venice ..not so now ...staff did tell us . Comfortable bed and pillow and clean bathroom .we asked for fresh milk for our room and were given it .

Disliked:Hotel charging for.parking .no one told breakfast finished at 10 ..so ended up with a very poor breakfast for 15e each .and f2lt rushed . Travel links have changed so buses didn't run as easily and we wasted alot.of time going and returning from venice to from hotel . The place seemed abit tired . No replacement water put in the fridge .

Good for one night stop - less so for anything else

Liked:The room was clean, the location was practical for one night.

Disliked:We were hoping for breakfast but they had another name on their lists with our room number and insisted we could not have breakfast even as we showed them the room key. Had a look at the buffet: variety but it looked like a battle field due to the lots of people - breakfast atmosphere was unpleasant; we went to town for breakfast instead, and I would recommend that to anyone else as well!
