Enjoyable two night stay before our Adriatic cruise.

Liked:The Plaza was a very nice property, with a great location across the street from the train station. It was an easy train ride for us to spend the day in Venice. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a very good breakfast (included) and the adjoining restaurant was excellent and reasonable priced (we had dinner there both nights of our stay).

Disliked:The weather was unusually warm for mid April----and, unfortunately, the air conditioning system was not working (I believe that it was restricted because of some sort of city regulations). Our room was on the eighth floor and it was quite uncomfortable sleeping at night.

We arrived a day early for our flight home. They graciously stored our luggage enabling us to at a half day in Venice.

Liked:Across the street from the train station, buses to Venice proper or to the airport.

Disliked:Breakfast was the traditional European breakfast not outstanding but good. Great coffee and espresso.
