Super helpful and professional

Liked:Staff were super helpful. Taxi and other Apps are unreliable in Italy, but the hotel staff made sure we had all the help and information we needed. Transport info ordering taxis for us they were brilliant. Very communicative when messaging them. Reception 24 hours which due to delayed flights and a subsequent 2am check in really helped. Nothing was too much trouble super helpful. Also decent showers too which can be rare

Disliked:There wasn't any negatives
