Do not stay here.

Liked:Front desk clerk was talking to a friend in speakerphone and didn't care that I was canceling my reservation for the second night, she was far too busy. Room was disgusting. Brown stuff on walls, sheets, and lamp shades. TV remote didn't work, batteries were leaking. One of the 2 lights in the room didn't work, the bulb was gone. There was standing water under the counter in the bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling. Carpets were filthy. Do not stay here.

Not well maintained/No hand soap

Liked:This hotel does not meet the standards of other Hilton hotels I’m used to staying in. It is not well maintained. The light over the mirror in our bathroom did not work…. Neither did the bed side lamp. Trying to fix my hair with the dim lighting was very frustrating. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel…. And we were without hand soap the entire time. We were told they were waiting on a truck to deliver some. Looking at prior reviews…. Looks like they’ve been out for some time. I cannot understand not running to the dollar store and buying some?! Makes me wonder about eating breakfast here if there’s no hand soap in the building. I am a Hilton diamond member, and they did not have the complementary waters our entire stay either. I do not recommend. Definitely would not stay here again.
