Disliked:Elevators call buttons didn't work, The hallways where HOT.. It took 5 or more attempts to get staff to either fix our room key or put us in a different roo.. They did finally put us in a different room.

Disliked:I arrived at the time of check-in I choose upon purchasing the room just to be told that I cannot check-in until after 2pm. This left me and my son with nowhere to go for almost 4 hrs until a room was ready

Bad I’ll never book here again

Liked:My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom was extremely dirty when I checked into the room, and the manager actually had to come clean it personally, which should never happen at any hotel. The entire property looks outdated and definitely needs major updates and maintenance. To make matters worse, there were gunshots heard close by the hotel during the night, which made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible — the food tasted bad and did not seem fresh at all. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
