Beyond expectations

Liked:I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kasha Hotel in Zanzibar. Everything was perfect, from the attention to detail to the genuine care shown towards every guest. You can truly feel that the whole team does everything possible to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The hotel is beautifully maintained, clean, and has a lovely human-sized, intimate atmosphere. My room was very spacious and comfortable. A special thank you to Rachid, the Guest Relations Manager, who was absolutely amazing throughout my stay. He was always attentive and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. The entire team was wonderful as well, including the restaurant and service staff, all of them were kind, professional, and welcoming. The quality of the food at the restaurant is amazing and the menu changes every day. Portions are also very generous. I was genuinely impressed by the level of service and hospitality at Kasha. It felt personal, warm, and authentic rather than like a large hotel where you are just another guest. It really felt like home even for a few days. Also the pictures don’t really do justice, everything is way more beautiful in reality. I would 100% recommend Kasha Hotel and would happily stay there again.

Fantastic location, friendly and attentive staff, and comfortable room. Had a lovely relaxing stay!

Liked:everything was lovely, staff were fantastic, pool area was nice and relaxing, and the food at the restaurant was great.

Disliked:Never seemed to be hot water for the shower, but that's my only negative.
