Liked:Breakfast was very good for both kids and adults Location is near The Village and lots of food option within walking distance Rooms are very spacious and renovated with lots of storage space The complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate bar at the front desk entrance is very good too.

Liked:The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable

Disliked:The floor in the room was sticky. Obviously not cleaned. Also, my sister's purse was stolen from the breakfast area. She left it hanging on the chair and one of the employees moved it and it disappeared. The person working the front desk was nonchalant and unhelpful until we were going to call the police and then she contacted the manager. The manager came in and was helpful but the situation ruined our day and we never got the purse back. If it "shows up" i will update this comment.

Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year. Please note: This year, the Tioga Pass will be closed until late June. Pets are permitted with advance approval and additional charges.
