• A Memorable Stay Thanks to Wonderful Service

Liked:I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Makkah. From the moment I arrived, everything was well-organized, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most during my stay was the exceptional experience at the restaurant. I would like to sincerely thank Mrs. Emtessor Omar for her outstanding hospitality. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making every dining experience feel special. Her warm attitude and dedication to excellent service truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. The combination of comfort, quality service, and staff like Mrs. Emtessor Omar makes it a place I would gladly return to.

Racist staff

Liked:Iftar and Sahoor experience in the restaurant in level-6. They have 2 restaurant on the same level. Hence, we had a bad experience on one of the restaurant. the staff made a racist experience to us, probably as we're south east asian. He did not allowed us to seat in an empty table and push us to seat on the back side of the restaurant. He keep arguing there's someone on the table, but none person belonging on the table, its a free table. Untill we finished eating, no one coming to the table to claim the table. Its only a made up by him, probably he saved the table for other person however we come earlier.
