Liked:Must try fairmont and make your trip memorable. Staff is so nice, supportive. From security men, receptions, resturant, housekeeping all are well alligned and organized.

Liked:Location, luxury and the reception staff were really welcoming and helpful.

Disliked:I called the in room dining and the lady answered the call - i think her name was Israa- was really rude. I guess a 5 star hotel at the Holy Mosque should have better staff than her.
