Will def be returning was sad we had to leave.

Liked:Everything…the friendly staff from Tania on reception..Cherry in the Kitchen and the lady that serviced the rooms didn’t get her name all went out of the way for you and all had a smile waiting for you…Our room was beautiful bed very comfy toiletries in the bathroom towels when you need them they even have a fridge on the landing where you can store all your drinks…Delicious breakfast served in the morning..Poolside and loungers..Beautiful guest house felt like home from home.

Liked:I loved the hospitality of the staff, everyone was so polite. I liked the fact that we were greeted with complimentary drinks and the overall ambiance was very alluring.

Disliked:I wish they told us beforehand that firearms weren't allowed on the property.

Liked:The Blue Paloma is an absolute gem, and a huge part of that is Andrea. As the owner, she sets the tone for the entire experience — and that tone is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond at every turn, including offering a courtesy pickup from the coach depot on arrival and a courtesy drop-off on the day of departure — this kind of gesture is something you simply don’t expect but never forget. The entire staff were fabulous — professional, friendly, and a pleasure to be around. And a special mention must go to the chef, who absolutely delivered at breakfast. The food was incredible, generous with portions, and left us well and truly full every morning. What really made our stay memorable was the atmosphere Andrea has created. Breakfast is served around one big communal table, and it felt less like a hotel and more like being with family. Conversing with fellow guests over the chef’s fantastic spread was a wonderful experience and something that truly sets The Blue Paloma apart. The hotel itself was very, very clean and well kept throughout — a real credit to Andrea and her team. The location is perfect too. Situated right in the centre of Lucea, the hotel has easy access to route taxis and mini buses that can take you to various destinations including Montego Bay and Negril — ideal for exploring the wider area. Lucea itself is a beautiful, laid-back town where you can truly relax and unwind, and the people of Lucea are very friendly and always willing to help — which makes the whole experience even more special. Thank you so much Andrea for making our stay truly memorable. Mum and I will never forget the wonderful crab meal you so kindly invited us to share with you — that moment summed up everything that makes The Blue Paloma so special. A solid 10/10 — if you’re looking one of best hotel in Lucea where you are treated more like family and the staff go above and beyond, look no further. Stay at The Blue Paloma.

Disliked:Honestly, there was absolutely nothing I didn’t like — it was faultless in every way. The only thing I didn’t like was when my stay ended!
