My stay was terrible.

Disliked:That I paid extra for an upgraded room and asked for a view in which they told me they couldn’t provide me with and placed me directly across the ice machine and so I had to wake up at 8am bc everyone was using the ice and it’s so loud that it felt like they were pouring ice right next to me. The room also was semi close for the elevator so I could hear kids scream, love paying extra and can’t enjoy myself. And then to top it off, parking is far since everyone parks first come first serve and there was nothing in my conditioner to use for my shower. 😑

Liked:The room was a great size, newly renovated

Disliked:Ants all over the kitchen and dining table. They got in my bags... Lots of broken tile in the pool

Liked:Quiet location near town

Disliked:Due to a wedding, it was very busy. We were directed to park at the back, underground parking, and had to carry our suitcases up the stairs and around the front of the building to check in. We were not offered to check in and then park. When we did get to the room, it was clean and adequate but only had a view of the roof and the wedding opposite. We asked to change but there were no rooms available. Not good value for what we paid.

Great Location, Last minute Trek to Magog/Orford Quebec.

Liked:The way it was set up it was a suite. Except for cooking facilities. Quiet Location. Quiet rooms. Comfy beds.

Disliked:Everything. 1st time hotel stayers. Comfy beds, extremely clean. swift check in from checking to checking out. Very modern rooms/suites. Dining options-Pay to buy Breakfast & Also have a Burger Bar next door on Property. Loved the avail hours, 9pm closing time. Limited hours in the area to different eateries.
