Extremely loud, no sleep.

Liked:The facilities were generally nice, but the noise level from the microbrewery next door was unbearable and lasted until 3 am.

Disliked:There was a DJ playing next door until 3 am--it was unbearably loud and impossible to sleep. We received no heads up about this event. We were traveling with a baby and tried to change rooms around 11 pm (an hour into the DJ set), but the after-hours phone line was down and nobody was at the front desk. The price of this room was way too high for only a few hours of sleep.

Hotel l’Experience surpassed expectations. We look forward to returning.

Liked:The location is very convenient, right in the heart of centre ville so all restaurants and boutiques are at your doorstep. The apartments are beautifully decorated and appliances, dishes, furniture were new and clean.

Disliked:We found the air in the hallways to be very stagnant and off putting.

Beautiful stay!

Liked:Loved the sauna on the facility. The staff were great and responsive, the room was beautiful. The trains that did pass by the back occurred at reasonable hours.

Disliked:The direct back (with the train tracks) of the property took away from the beautiful view of the lake but minor compared to all the good stuff!
