The hotel cancelled my stay despite they confirmed it before

Liked:Nothing. The staff called me to inform me my booking was canceled because they were fully booked, and it was a glitch on Booking.com’s end.

Disliked:I received a confirmation and welcome email from the hotel, but on the day of my trip, a hotel staff member contacted me to inform me that my booking had been canceled. They explained that the hotel was fully occupied and that this was a glitch on Booking.com’s end. I’m wondering how I can get my money back. I need to deal with Booking.com. She seemed indifferent to my situation and the last-minute negative surprise.
