Colombian citizens holding dual nationality are not considered foreign tourists or nonresident visitors in Colombia and therefore do not qualify for VAT refunds (as per Article 1.6.1.23.3 of Decree 1067/2015). Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the obligation to pay the tax upon arrival at the hotel. *We offer a free airport-hotel-airport shuttle service every 30 minutes, available 24 hours a day. Upon arrival at El Dorado Airport, please proceed to the first floor, in front of Exit 1. If you arrive at terminal 2, kindly head to Gate 2.* Please note that pets may travel on the shuttle as long as they are transported in a pet carrier that complies with the permitted dimensions and established transportation policies. Only certified service animals are allowed inside the vehicle without a carrier. We recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm specific transportation conditions. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of COP 100,000 per night, per pet.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
