Alternatively, follow immigration authorities' verification instructions. Colombian citizens holding dual nationality are not considered foreign tourists or nonresident visitors in Colombia and therefore do not qualify for VAT refunds (as per Article 1.6.1.23.3 of Decree 1067/2015). Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the obligation to pay the tax upon arrival at the hotel. * We offer a free airport-hotel-airport shuttle service every 30 minutes, available 24 hours a day. Upon arrival at El Dorado Airport, please proceed to the first floor, in front of Exit 1. If you arrive at terminal 2 (Puente aéreo), kindly head to Gate 2.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
