Could Improve
There was a bit of smell coming out of the air conditioning vent, and ants were occasionally seen in the bathroom.
Staff were friendly, accommodating, and efficient in service, although overwhelmed during peak times.
The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping malls and food outlets.
Rooms were clean, well-appointed, and comfortable.
The gym was well-equipped and the facilities were good. However, there was a power outage.

Breakfast should have more variety and better attention during busy mornings.
