A little disappointed

Liked:Good central location and as we had a room on the 14th floor there was very little street noise.

Disliked:Unfortunately only one of the two lifts was working which often meant long waits and crowded lifts. Room furnishings were bland at best and bathroom pod would be better suited to a campsite. Lack of hand towel in the bathroom, or if it was there it was needed for use as a bathmat.
