Guests aged under 18 can stay at a Pentahotel only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Alternatively, they must provide a signed document confirming parental or guardian consent. This document should include: - Full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue, and issuing office for both the minor and the legal guardian. - Copies of the passports of both the legal guardian and the minor(s). Failure to provide these documents will result in the refusal of the stay Kindly note that the property only accepts payments by credit or debit card and cannot take cash.
