I choice Novotel for the location and facilities and Hind at reception.

Liked:Breakfast was excellent! A large variety of things. The pool, sauna and steam room is an added bonus. The location, bang in the middle of time is brilliant.

Disliked:Unfortunately one day our bed was not made, it was presented as if it was but when the duvet was pulled back, it was evident that it wasn’t. This is reflected in the rating I gave.

Great spot for the centre of town and few minutes walk from station. Staff delightful.

Liked:Staff lovely and helpful.

Disliked:The bath had old system which needing adjustment as water came out of both taps and shower at the same time.
