DIRTY PLACE! DISGUSTING!

Liked:Great location with easy access to everything. Parking was convenient and made getting around very easy.

Disliked:The front desk staff was not very welcoming. While she was not rude or anything bad, there was a noticeable lack of warmth and customer care. The interaction felt impersonal, as if assisting guests was more of an obligation than a service. A friendlier and more hospitable attitude would have made the experience much more pleasant. and breakfast was horrible, not looks like the image. Pool was on repairing.

No electricity and no refund

Liked:Stephanie was helpful to everyone when all of the power went out.

Disliked:The refrigerator and TV did not work starting the first night and the second night the electricity totally went out everywhere in the hotel so nothing worked. I checked out along with many others and did not get any paperwork as nothing worked! I went up and down 3 flights of stairs to load my car up and drive from Michigan back to Indiana at 1am. So out of 3 nights I only stayed 1 night. I should be refunded for the 2 nights which abruptly ended my trip. But for some unknown reason I can't get a refund for the lack of any electricity and my total inconvenience of having to leave. No elevator, no air conditioning, no lights, no tv, no refrigerator and still no refund! That makes no sense! Please stay far away from this hotel. It was a total nightmare especially since I have had both knees replaced and a spinal fusion and had to do the stairs 3 times which was extremely difficult. Again, I am only asking for what I am entitled to! A refund for the 2 nights of no electricity! Why is getting this refund so difficult when the hotel was at fault?
