skip if you're looking for a more modern and hip experience

Liked:Location. oceanfront. spacious room with comfortable bed & pillows. large soft bath towels. balcony & view. adult-only pool/swim up bar. nice dining room. good water pressure.

Disliked:bad service staff in dining room. lack of activities. street vendors have access to beachfront of hotel. food (not tasty). not enough entertainment. no server; you have to go back and forth to get your food & drinks from pool or beachfront. outdated. caters more to older adults and families.

This is a 3 star hotel, really bad choice.

Liked:We booked a king suite and the view was really nice. The staff was nice. BUT THIS IS NOT A 5 star hotel. At check in they don’t even want to waste time explaining, they give you a piece of paper and say, here is ll you need to know. There’s no room service ! No fridge in the room.

Disliked:The food is terrible. The pool area is dirty and old, lacked maintenance. We checked in on a Friday, and walking into the kids pool there was a cotton swab on the floor, today (Monday) checking out I took a picture of it, still there. The pool area is so lacking of maintenance that my boy cut two of his toes on the broken flooring of the pool. We asked for a cot for our 2 yer old baby, and what they gave us was short out of a horror movie, it was pure wood and a mattress which would have hurt our boy for days. The windows are so thin and of poor quality that you can hear everything from the outside and it’s hard to sleep. It was on offer and cheap, but definitely a fraud .. not a 5 star hotel .. don’t make my mistake, believe the reviews nd pick another hotel. The shower is old nd short. There’s no room service, no fridge and the pool towels are so old and ugly.

Ni muy muy ni tan tan

Liked:La ubicación es buena, el cuarto fue lo mejor, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien.

Disliked:La comida se puede sentir repetitiva, creo que les falta personal y hay muchas cosas que necesitan remodelación/mantenimiento, si vas en coche dejan en el sol y cuando te lo entregan está hirviendo.
