A Good choice

Liked:Well located, in the centre so access to shops historical building as well as restaurants. Owner was very helpful and communication was great.

Disliked:The first café where we had breakfast was great. We could choose a juice, a hot drink and pastries. Then we were ask to go to the café with which the property collaborates, that is San Giovanni. We were allowed to choose either a juice or a hot drink and only one pastry.

Some update to lobby, make it more welcoming. Just an advice not a bad criticism.

Liked:It wasn’t planned to stay there, last minute drop in. But I can definitely say the receptionist are very kind .,

Disliked:Considering the amazing location they could invest a bit and update it , make it cosy , especially the breakfast and the living room space. And considering that Pistoia is the city of flowers and plants they could use some green., and please a long mirror in the bed room. I have known this place since I was a teenager, it makes me happy that they are still in the business. And thanks for accommodating me without a reservation.
