Liked:This hotel really has nothing you could be mad about, every detail here is perfect The staff is really friendly and helpful and the rooms are outstanding. So big and comfortable... also very quiet! The location in the city center and very close to a parking place is perfect The breakfast is very delicious and besides that you can also find cake, cantuccini or other sweets there in the common room There was water provided in the room which was really necessart during these hot days

Good place for visiting Pistoia

Liked:This is a nicely renovated old villa and it is an enjoyable stay, very appropriate for visiting Pistoia since it is close to all the points of interest in the old town, which are reachable by foot. The room is very big and airy. The breakfast is good. The staff is nice and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants close by.

Disliked:The room and the villa were clean, but we found dark stains on one of the blankets in our room. I suppose it was an unhappy accident, since all the rest was clean. Anyhow, the staff was prompt in replacing the blanket with a spotless one.

Amazing stay at an amazing property

Liked:Amazing stay at an amazing property, authentic and full of character, with incredibly friendly staff (thank you, Chiara!) and one of the most beautiful breakfast room I’ve ever seen. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Disliked:AC on the top level could be more effective but it was just a minor inconvenience, everything was perfect otherwise!
