This is a totally brilliant, great value hotel but the experience is spoiled by parking and total lack of staff after 3.

Liked:Brilliant place, wonderful room, next to great restaurant. Probably the best situated city hotel we ever stayed in and great value.

Disliked:Amazingly, check in starts at 3.00 and all staff leave at 3.00 so nobody there to check you in, help with luggage , show you room. The parking is 300yds from hotel. Instructions are complex.

Don't miss this hotel.

Liked:The two men at the desk in the mornings (I am sorry I do not know their names) were WONDERFUL!!l. I asked them where I could find the office where I could look up some records regarding my family history for genealogy purposes. The older of the two men contacted his friend and immediately they got me information reg my great, great, great grandfather that I would never have found. This was tremendously helpful and I thought they both were so kind to go out of their way to do this for me. I loved your hotel! Everyone was friendly, the location was perfect, we could walk anywhere, including to the train station. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and the variety of food was more than excellent it was amazing. The coffee was made fresh and delivered to our table. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Everyone treated us so well.

Disliked:There was nothing I did not like.

Fantastic all round and will visit again.

Liked:Superb location at the rear of the Duomo in the Piazza del’Duomo. Excellent staff.

Disliked:I cannot fault the property or our stay. We were also pleased to be there for their annual festa on Sunday 13 September 2026

Lovely place on the road - amazing host

Liked:lovely place with remarkable hosts that go over and above. highly reccomend for anyone travelling in the region to consider staying.

Disliked:There isn't much to add as we stayed for one night and the host went over and above to accomodate a special request we have asked for last min. kudos and keep it up.
