Shocking state, don't stay here

Liked:Would have been okay value for money if the property were up to standard.

Disliked:-Bathroom door did not have a lock or even stay closed, it would swing open into the corridor meaning we had no privacy - There were deep/large hidden dips in the top stairs, the only light for the stairs was at the top of them forcing you to go up them in the dark. The dips were hidden by the carpet and one of our party fell due to this. - The front and back doors rattle in the frames, the front door also moved away from the frame at the top when we tested if it would open from the outside - The bedsheets were stained and a hair was found in one bed - We found a used tissue, hairs and false eyelashes lying around - The furniture did not match the pictures in the listening and all of it was marked/stained - The surfaces of the bedroom cabinets/drawers and the dining table were dirty to the extent I didn't want to put anything down - The inside of the wardrobe, the mirror in the downstairs bedroom, etc.

Liked:Location was perfect

Disliked:All of the mattresses were in need of replacing. The sag was unbelievable! The garden (back courtyard especially) needs a lot of tlc. The whole property would benefit from some paint and a very deep clean

Disliked:The smell when we walked into the house. It smelt unclean. A high level of dust underneath the tv. A hole in the sofa looked like a cigarette burn. Food still in the cupboards from previous stays? Bathroom hasnt been cleaned. Webs moving across the bath and children pointing out cobwebs. The front door not very secure. Cigarettes still in the ashtray by the backdoor. I tried to wash some cutlery and the cloth smelt horrible.

Liked:Good location for Hampton high street, Chessington world of adventures,and Kingston upon Thames,parking to the side which is convenient,big spacious property.good price for what you get. Petrol station near happy with the location.

Disliked:ill keep this to myself,the owner is aware,let's hope he takes my feedback onboard.
