It was a lovely hotel to stay, nonetheless

Disliked:I had left my phone charger in my room upon checkout. Tried to call reception/hotel multiple times, could not get through. Wrote in via Booking.com, was directed to write in an email, which I did but had no response. So on 6th day post check out, I tried calling again - went through but reception was mid. I had told them the whole thing and the only reply was “If you have not heard from us, it would mean we didn’t find it, sorry”. Felt that customer service could be better
