Please note that, for security reason, guests are required to provide at check-in the credit card used at the time of booking. Third-party forms are not accepted, please contact the property for instructions on how to settle the bill. Connecting Room Policy: Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Dogs are accepted. Food, water bowls and a floor mat will be provided. If your bring your pet with you, please note that a £35 cleaning fee will be applied. Cash paying guests must provide valid identification upon check-in (Passport or Driving license for UK citizens, Passport or EU ID for EU citizens and Passport for any other citizens). Swimming Pool Admittance Policy: Children under 16 years of age are permitted in the swimming pool Monday - Friday between 07:00 - 21:30 and on weekends from 08:00 - 20:00. Please note that a deposit equal to the room, tax and GBP 100 per day will be collected at check-in. Cash is not accepted at the hotelGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
