Great adventure activity, horrible food!

Liked:beautiful location, lots to do and great activities. pool was also great for kids and I loved the play structure

Disliked:some of the staff seemed a little annoyed when asking for help & I got the feeling like I was bothering some of them. That being said there were a couple members of the staff who were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms need an update, there were lots of bugs. Also the food was awful, I didn’t enjoy one meal there. We nearly left early because I was so over eating at the property

Liked:The location and all that it offered was amazing and I would come back in a heart beat!

Disliked:Some of the staff seemed like they didn’t like their job. They shared exactly what they were trained to show me but were not helpful or friendly about it. As a customer you can feel when someone wants to help you versus when they have to help you. Also, I would not recommend the food. It did not have that authentic Costa Rican flavor or love, rather it felt mass produced and processed.
