Nice location, but two days was enough for us.

Liked:Our lodge was in a great location, with easy access to the pick-up point for the hot springs.

Disliked:The food selection in the restaurant was quite limited, and since the property is in a very isolated location, eating elsewhere wasn't really an option. The road leading to the property was also in very poor condition. Perhaps it was because we visited during the low season, but the whole place felt a little empty and lacked atmosphere. We also found the activities offered to be somewhat expensive compared with what you actually get.

Great visit to enjoy peaceful setting and the hot springs

Liked:The cabins were nice. Nice to have the outdoor sitting area and hammock. Love the inclusion of the hot springs and tractor ride there was really enjoyable

Disliked:The breakfast - we all had stomachaches after eating it

Liked:Loved the location. Beautiful and the mirador restaurant overlooked the volcano, valley, and ocean. Loved that hot springs admission was included.

Liked:Activities were fun and great hotspring. The updated cabins had AC and were well worth it. The staff were friendly and hospitable. There's a lot of day tours that come by but it never felt overrun.

Disliked:We were given wrong information on where to meet to do the night walk so missed out on that. Also did not like other guests and kids pestering wildlife and throwing food at them. While it should be self explanatory, perhaps a few signs are needed to remind people to leave wild life alone.
