WE had a good stay due to the location and proximity to restaurants and a supermarket.

Liked:The location was fantastic. Alain was very helpful. The apartment is spacious. Very hot but that was understandableas noone seems to have Air Con. The apartment came with all the things you need.

Disliked:The bathroom really needs a makeover . the underside of the toilet seat was brown. the frame around the shower was coated in something white. we had to request larger bath towels. Carpet mats were dirty . Its 35 degrees C and there is only a duna on the bed . no sheet just a duna. Hard to sleep

Dale Street - Loft Apartment

Liked:Location, comfort, privacy, home from home. The host was very friendly with great communication, and liked the personal meet/greet arrangement on arrival.

Disliked:Only one thing that was missing for me was a full length mirror within the apartment, however there was one down in the entrance hall of the apartment block.

Liked:Great location and good size. Good facilities. Large smart TV. Nice coffee pods and a machine. Host was very nice.

Disliked:Not the property manager's fault, but the parking was tricky as someone had illegally parked meaning that I couldn't get into the tight space easily. The cellar was so cold and although it became obvious where the thermastat was in the end when leaving, we didn't realise until the morning and hadn't recieved a response to our query for a while. Someone (presumbly neighbours) were banging very hard on the french doors at 2am. The site is gated for the residents, so can only assume someone had the wrong door but it made us feel very uncomfortable.

Convenient location, but the property’s condition and safety issues significantly detracted from our stay.

Liked:The location was convenient and the property had a well-equipped kitchen, which was useful for preparing meals. The size of the accommodation was reasonable for our stay.

Disliked:Most concerningly, my wife suffered a burn from a fan with frayed wiring. Although the host offered a replacement fan after we reported it, the injury had already occurred. We received only a £21 refund and no apology from the landlord, which was disappointing. The property also felt dated, with dusty areas and worn furniture. The stairs to the loft were extremely steep and not suitable for families with young children. Parking was on the parallel street despite there being spaces directly outside the property, which was inconvenient when unloading with a toddler. We also had to wait around 10 minutes after the agreed check-in time to receive the keys, which was frustrating after a long journey with a young child.
