Important Information

Our Hotel, at the heart of the buzzy center of Leamington Spa, are above the picturesque Terrace Restaurant and Bar on the ground floor of Victoria Colonnade. This means that our guests can enjoy all-day dining on site, from morning coffee and cakes, through to gourmet dinners and evening drinks. At weekends, the Terrace Bar is a popular venue for live music, mostly mellow acoustic sounds and jazz, so we like our guests to be aware that there may be some music audible from their rooms until just after midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, however this has not proved to be a problem. The open-air section of the restaurant on the terrace beside the river closes at midnight but the Terrace Bar continues serving drinks until 2am. A deposit may be required at the property.

The place is great for the money, but feels very much like and after thought

Liked:The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable

Disliked:I had to wait til 3 to book in and no one informed me when to book out, so i woke up late and the cleaner walked in on me after i woke up. So i had to rush out and i left my phone charger there and just ran out, out of embarrassment because a random woman saw me shirtless. All she said was all hotels book out at 11, which i had no idea. No one informed me. Honestly apart from this the staff were lovely and it was a simple experience if it wasn't for the wake up call

Pleasant and restful stay.

Liked:We booked room only, room was large with king size bed, en-suite with tea/coffee making facilities, iron, air con machine. Plenty of clean towels. The Terrace is fairly central to shops, bars and restaurants, staff very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay with them and would happily return again.

Disliked:There was nothing we didn’t like, I suppose the only downside would be the lack of a lift. However the building would not accommodate one.

Very good. I would stay again.

Liked:Good central location. Key pad access. Great bed. Good bathroom. Both rooms were a great size.

Disliked:The curtains didn’t close properly near the wardrobe. The chain lock inside the door was broken and impossible to use. As a solo traveller, I felt uneasy when going to bed
