Liked:Everything, the building, the grounds and the staff made you feel important at every opportunity.

Disliked:Unfortunately the pool was closed for 24hours on our particular visit but that was just unfortunate timing. But would love the opportunity to stay again and use all the facilities. But everything else made up for it.

Too expensive for what it was

Liked:Location of the property was good

Disliked:The room was consistently very warm throughout our stay, particularly during the hot weather, despite the heating being turned off. The hallway heating was also on, which made moving through the area uncomfortable. The outdoor hot tub was pleasant, although quite small. Unfortunately, several facilities were not functioning, including the jets in the swimming pool and the steam room. The television in the room was outdated and did not include an HDMI connection, which was disappointing. We had reserved a table for breakfast at 9:30, however upon arrival there was no table available for us, which meant we were unable to stay for breakfast.

Don’t book if you have children and want to swim

Liked:Poor experience. Hotel booked on the telephone for 4 adults and 1 nine year old child. At no time were we told that pool access for children needed to be booked. Nothing available for when we arrived and we were offered breakfast time tomorrow and Monday. Although asked if we Reiner it was not stressed as the hotel was fully this also noticed be booked in advance. Extremely disappointed, we would not have booked this place if we had been aware of restrictions.
