Weekend stay

Liked:The staff was lovely & friendly. The restaurant & lounge area & gardens are beautiful. The room we stayed in was clean, however, a bit dated & "worn." There were also several large moths in the room when we checked in. The breakfast was excellent.

Best waiting staff

Liked:Short but wonderful stay at the Mallory Court. We were attending a friend's summer garden party and needed an early check in. This was provided with no fuss. The receptionist was exemplary and showed us to our room. It was clearly an upgrade on what we had booked. Well decorated and spotless. The fan was welcome in the heatwave. The countryside view was great. Breakfast was provided to order and all the waiting staff were amongst the best we've encountered. Definitely returning to make more use of the spa and garden.

Disliked:No air con no fly nets loads of flies Wooden toilet seat with chips not hygienic ..also bed creaked all the time ..internet not great ..

Liked:Beautiful hotel and location; the grounds are stunning. Made full use of our hour in the pool and sauna. Dinner was amazing.
