Wonderful celebration of 25 years of marriage with supportive and friendly staff!

Liked:Wonderful on-site massage. Excellent, professional and relaxing service for individuals or couples. Breakfast was wonderful and provided a variety of options. Welcome drink and champagne with spa treatment was a nice touch.

Disliked:Parking is challenging between the pillars below the historic building. Might be easier to take Ubers in and around town, particularly if celebrating, but that's liberating.

Liked:My wife and I recently stayed at Casa Laguna, and from beginning to end, the experience was phenomenal. We discovered the hotel by accident because its beautiful design reminded us of our honeymoon destination on the Amalfi Coast in Praiano. At the same time, it has a distinct California mission-style charm that makes it feel truly special. We stayed in the Capistrano Suite, which was extremely clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in—especially important since my wife is nine months pregnant! What made our stay truly memorable, however, was the service. Kimmie went above and beyond for us and was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our visit. Hailey gave us such a warm welcome at check-in and thoughtfully made sure my wife could still participate in the experience by providing her with a nonalcoholic welcome drink. That small gesture meant so much to both of us. We also want to thank Eric for bringing us our food and making sure everything was prepared and served with care. On one of the days, we decided to stay in and relax, but we had trouble with the television remote. The staff quickly helped resolve the issue, and we ended up having a wonderful, peaceful day enjoying our suite. A special thank-you also goes to the housekeeping staff for keeping everything so clean and welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting Troy in person on our final day, and he was just as warm and wonderful as everyone else we encountered. Casa Laguna gave us the perfect combination of the Amalfi Coast’s beauty, California mission charm, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality. It was exactly the peaceful getaway we needed before welcoming our daughter. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already looking forward to returning. We cannot recommend Casa Laguna highly enough!
