Complimentary shuttle service from the main lobby to Bukit Bintang, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, and KLCC shopping areas, generally operating on a limited schedule from Friday to Tuesday. Advance booking is required. The schedule is subject to change, so confirming with the hotel concierge on the day of travel is recommended. A deposit may be required at the property.
