The gala dinner for December 31st is included in the price. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID or passport at check-in. Please be informed that during bad weather and because the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a stable internet connection. The complimentary shuttle service will be provided throughout the renovation period and operates on the following schedule: Mae Haad Pier to resort: 19:30 Resort to Mae Haad Pier: 09:00, 14:00, and 18:00 All shuttle services must be arranged prior to arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
