⭐ 1 Star — Bring a sleeping bag and a thermometer

Disliked:Apparently, a functioning thermostat is too much to expect here. The HVAC became stuck at 50°F, the room dropped lower than 67°F, and despite contacting management repeatedly, the thermostat continued to have a mind of its own. I was told to troubleshoot it, wait for maintenance, and eventually was informed that a technician had performed a “factory reset.” Fantastic. Except it still didn’t work. Trying to change 72°F to 71°F sent it to 78°F. Trying to raise it to 74°F somehow dropped it to 69°F. And, as an added bonus, I was actually told to try switching it to HEAT in the middle of summer. Nothing says relaxing vacation like experimenting with the HVAC. The most impressive part was the amount of effort required to get a basic problem addressed. I supplied photos, repeatedly explained the issue, waited for maintenance, and then had to chase them about the promised refund. For two nights affected by the HVAC problem, the grand gesture was a 30% refund per night. The thermostat had more control over my stay than I did. If you enjoy paying good money to participate in an involuntary HVAC troubleshooting experiment, book here. Otherwise, I strongly recommend staying somewhere that considers working climate control a basic feature rather than an interactive guest experience.

Horribly and should not be rented out!

Disliked:1. I first found a few ants in the bedding as I pulled back my covers, then I found more on the floors of the bedroom carpet, on the couches, on top of the dining tables, and countertops! A few crawled on me randomly no matter where I moved to sit in the apt. I was only able to get two hours of sleep in the couch until one crawled on the blanket and that got me up! 2.All carpets were not vacuumed and there was dirt and little particles of random small dirt pieces and food throughout the place. 3 All the baseboards were dirty and never looked to be cleaned. 4. No dusting has happened and the light fixtures were covered with a layer of dust. 5. In the bathroom there was dark facial hair shavings on the mirror frame and in the floor around the toilet along with long pieces of hair on the bottom of the toilet and on the floor. 6. The shelve above the toilet was hanging off the wall about to come out and fall. The sink was coming detached from the wall as well leaning away. 7. Dryer lint was overfull and not cleaned out. 8. Bedding sheets and pillow cases were not cleaned and had stains. The mattress protective cover had all sorts of stains on it as well as what looted to be a large blood stain. 9. Pillow cases were not clean and all the pillows had yellow streaks and were worn and dated. 10. Kitchen drawers had dust and white particles all over them inside and in the utensils. Along with food left and not cleaned off the utensils. 11. Couch pillows had stains in them along with the cushions of the dining room chairs. No blinds and bright light come through windows all night! 12. I had to clean and wash all the bedding. 13. I requested a full refund and the managing property purposely delayed feedback and would not respond in a timely manor and made excuses. I had to call booking.com 4x or more and the managing company and spent over 5 hours on the phone! They only ended up refunded me 3 of the 4 nights I booked.
