Liked:Staff were the best ever especially the young lady who is the manager of the mahogany restaurant.

Disliked:Disappointing that the parking cost for mahogany guests is free but overnight hotel guests do not get a parking discount when dining - disingenuous advertising. Room windows were filthy inside and out #706

Liked:We cannot say enough about our check in clerk(NATALIE) SHE IS AMAZING!!! SHE WAS SO HELPFUL, VERY NICE AND WE WERE SO GRATEFUL FOR HER EXPERTISE!!! SHE MADE US FEEL SO SPECIAL!!! TRAVELING FROM NORTH CAROLINA THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! THE HOTEL, OUR ROOM WAS IMMACULATE!!! WE CANNOT FORGET OUR CHECK OUT CLERK, HE WAS VERY VERY NICE DURING THE CHECK OUT PROCESS!! GREAT EXPERTISE AS WELL!!! THANK YOU BOTH!!!
