Just Wonderful!!

Liked:I was attending a convention and new to the town and hotel. I was cosplaying the mandolorian from star wars so its a huge effort to get dressed.i had 80% on then i was stuck. An employee named Theron who cheerfully helped me get the last armor parts on so i could entertian kids. After the event i returned and another young man i forgot his name helped me with armor. That was such a blessing. Im not done with my story. After that i have a meeting tommorow and didnt have good enough shirt and pants. I asked david B at desk where i can get a button down shirt and slacks and he rocommended a business within walking distance. I was able to get the shirt and pants! The staff here is wonderful they go above for their guests for sure. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at the rooms are clean, bed comfortable and the staff is excellent.

Nice place to stay, great location for enjoying the city and university.

Liked:The room was clean, attractive, and quiet. We really liked the hotel location, as we could walk to places if we wanted. My wife thought her bed more comfortable than her bed at home!

Disliked:Instructions on using the parking garage were incomplete, even though I spoke to the desk attendant about information I needed for this purpose. For example, after talking to the hotel staff, we encountered the posted QR codes in the garage and had no idea whether we needed to scan one of them. At that point, I walked back to the hotel and were told that we did not need to scan. When we left the next day, we found a written warning stuck in our window about, it seemed, violating the parking rules by not scanning. I just ignored it and hoped that I did the right thing.
