Poor service front desk June 27th

Liked:Attempted to check in at 515 today. Told “we don’t have a room available & don’t know when it will be bc we let a bunch of people check out at 4 late today”. Unrealistic and rude front desk lady. We have been traveling all day and need to rest. We left and went elsewhere. What’s the point of check in time?

Very straightforward and comfortable central stay

Liked:A fantastic location close to everything in downtown Knoxville, and a very clean and comfortable room which was also nice and bright. Staff were very helpful and let us sort ourselves out and leave our bags prior to check-in while we explored. The TV in our room (which I normally don't really care about, but we were not blessed with good weather!) also worked well and everything was easy and manageable. Couldn't fault the hotel for a short stay.

Disliked:Car parking is expensive, but same as anywhere else really.
